Verification of the registration status

To check the registration status, please enter the unique registration code that we sent to you along with the confirmation email.


If you do not know the unique code, please contact the branch reception desk you selected in the first step of the registration – for Prague 4 at +420 733 612 093, for Prague 5 on phone number +420 608 061 091 and for Prague 8 on phone number +420 739 606 090.

How does the registration process work?

  • Personal information

    Fill in your personal data and contact information, set your student discount or activate your MultiSport card if you are a member. Don`t forget to choose one of our branches where you will pick up your club card. Please give your consent with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  • E-mail address confirmation

    In order to register you in our reservation system we need to verify that your email address is truly yours and that it does work. Please click the link we sent to your email address.

  • Payment

    To use all our services and to be able to book lessons online, you will need our club card with prepaid credit. You will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you will pay the deposit for the card and charge your club credit by credit card.

  • Complete the registration

    After successful payment, we will send you login data to the reservation system by email within 24 hours. Then you can start to book lessons online. The club card will be handed to you physically during your first visit in the branch you chose in the first step. The gym does not require booking in advance.

Checking the registration status

You can check the current registration status by entering generated unique code that we have sent you with the verification email:
